Serena is one of the front desk assistants for IBD several days a week. She assists our professors with technical and class-related requests as well as helping us with filing, updating our alumni database in Salesforce, and other office matters. She also assists Prof. Dale Murphy with putting on the Global Impact Pitch Competition.
